Do you offer free postage?

Yes we do, for all orders over £75 we offer free delivery. All orders below £75 will be charged at £6.95 and sent either through Royal Mail or Courier.

All orders will be sent with tracking/certificate of postage.

My order has not arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the stated time, please just let us know and we will do everything we can to get your order to you ASAP!!

How soon will I get my order?

We will try our very best to post all orders the same day or the next day if all items are in stock.

Please be aware that the embellishment cards and larger orders will take a little longer.

All orders will arrive within 5 - 7 days (hopefully much sooner!)

If you require your delivery urgently please just let us know and we will do our very best to have it with you ASAP.

My order is damaged?

We really hope our protective packaging will protect all items, in the unfortunate circumstance that something arrives damaged please take a quick picture and email hello@dollyanddoug - we will send a replacement straight away.

What if I am not happy with my order?

We hope that you are over the moon with your items.

However, if you are not 100% happy, please do let us know and give us the opportunity to make it perfect.

No quibble free returns on all items.
